Project Outline 概要 Assisted in refining GA4 property of a global fashion brand's Ecommerce website. Notably, proposed changes to product-level reporting and audience definitions, allowing us visibility on how product type correlates to first-purchase and lifetime value of customers. Project Outline 概要 Scaffolded a Tableau dashboard for a global client, with data pulled from client CRM backend and cleaned in SQL. Created custom metrics in Tableau for use in reporting. Custom Lifetime Value Reporting for International Apparel Client
Project Outline 概要 Using client CRM data, created quarterly reporting dashboard in Tableau that broke purchasers into quintiles based on revenue. Then, identified with Pareto analysis bottlenecks at the product category level for moving customers up quintiles and improving LTV. Changes implemented contributed towards 24% new customer acquisition target reached during peak sale period. クライアントのCRMデータを活用し、収益に基づいて購入者をクインタイルに分類する四半期レポートダッシュボードをTableauで作成しました。 次に、パレート分析を用いて、顧客を上位クインタイルへ移動させ、LTVを向上させるためのボトルネックを製品カテゴリレベルで特定しました。 実施した施策により、ピークセール期間中の新規顧客の売上比率24％という目標の達成に貢献しました。

Project Outline 概要 An Ecommerce client had issues with Ad Platform attribution not accurately reflecting profit margins. Our team used Looker Studio to scaffold reports that used custom product categories sorted by profit margin "grades", allowing us to weigh ROAS against these grades and provide more accurate reporting against media spend. あるEコマースクライアントは、広告プラットフォームのアトリビューションが利益率を正確に反映していないという課題に直面していました。

Campaign Budget Optimization Tool
Project Outline 概要 Used Replit to create a backend tool for our account managers to simulate KPI returns by ad platform. Given a fixed budget and estimated CPM, CTR, CVR and AOV, tool is able to allocate budget across provided ad channels and estimate Impressions, Clicks, Revenue, ROAS and COS. Tool allows for importing and exporting data in .csv format, and provides visuals to quickly inform clients of budget trajectory.
